Newbies

Well hi!

I hate to say that I have not blogged in forever! Every time Allie says something I swear I'll remember it, but never get it.

So let's catch up. On December 8th 2011 we welcomed the newest member to our clan... Paxton Michael. He is just adorable.

I had him via c-section, and when they pulled him out and I saw him it was like de ja vu, he looked exactly like his sister! Amazing and wow did he have some lungs! He arrived at 10:08 am and it was incredible. We thought all along that he mays come early as I was dilated 4 cm for about 4 weeks before he was born. But apparently he got comfy And decided to stay in a little longer. He was a major kicker and mover in utero, and I can see his movements now mimic exactly what he did inside me.

Big sister got to come and meet little brother that afternoon, and although she was excited about him, I think she was more excited to see Mom. It's been a whirlwind since. She loves her brother but it has been a huge change. Mostly Mom and Dad staying patient with her and realizing this is a HUGE change in her staus quo.

Yesterday we had a family photo shoot and I can't wait to see the proofs.

Allison continues to keep us entertained, withd her Witt and humor. She is very into music and her current fans are "I Love Rock'N'Roll" by Joan Jett and "Dream On" by Aerosmith.

Pax is cooing and smiling and I can tell he will be just like his sister.

I want to try to do this more... We'll see if I can keep up!
